Bill Butler has over thirty years of commercial and residential expertise representing diverse clients in acquisitions and leasing throughout Manhattan. Mr. Butler's primary focus is retail, office and residential leasing and asset valuation. He is a member of REBNY, the NYU RE Inst. and is a trustee of the Hofstra Univ. Advisory Board. Mr. Butler's clients have included Polo Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs and the Solow Building Company. He has also served on active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
